Order Reports

Since this is a handwriting analysis service the analyst needs an original hardcopy of the cursive writing sample of the subject(s).  So the simplest process is to do the following procedure:

1. Printout the order form below

2. Check the appropriate Handwriting Report you are requesting

3. Have the subject with a #2 pencil in CURSIVE (minimal printing please) simply copy the sample text in the open box area

4. Enclose a check for the indicated fee

5. Mail both the form/sample and check to:
